6 cups cubed watermelon

1 leaf fresh mint leaves

1/2 medium Lime

1 tbsp chia seeds
DIRECTIONS

Run watermelon, mint and lime through a juicer.

Pout the mixture into a pitcher, then stir in chia seeds.

Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the juice.
