DIRECTIONS

Put egg whites in a skillet with coconut oil on medium heat and scramble them in the pan.

Add in chopped vegetables. Once eggs begin to form, add cheese to the pan and scramble until eggs cooked throughout.

While heating, toast the bread to your liking

Put the eggs and vegetables over the piece of toast. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
