This classic combination gets new life as a snack.
INGREDIENTS

1 medium Russet Potato

1/3 cup Chili Vegetarian

2 tbsp Organic Lowfat Sour Cream
DIRECTIONS

Pierce the potato with a fork several times. Microwave on high until cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Carefully cut the potato in half. Add salt to taste, if desired.

Top each half with the chili (such as Amy’s Organic Medium Chili) and sour cream.

Optional Add-On: Fresh cilantro or scallions.
