This overnight oats parfait is a cinch to make. It features sweet and calming vanilla-flavored oats and also includes brightly colored strawberries and fig. Both fruits are an excellent source of vitamin C.
INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup Oats

12 oz Plain Yogurt

1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

4 medium figs
-
1 cup strawberries
DIRECTIONS

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the yogurt, honey and vanilla together.

Add the oats.

Layer the oat mixture with the fruits in two Mason jars.

Add the lids and let the jars chill the fridge overnight.
