Healthy Vegetarian wrap with creamy homemade tzatziki sauce.

136 g Tortillas

1 cup Broccoli

1 medium raw Green-bell Pepper

1 middle size Red Pepper

1 medium Yellow Onion

2 cups Button Mushroom

2 cups Greek Yogart 2%

1/2 cup Dill Weed, Fresh

2 tbsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper*

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 cups Spinach
-
2 oz goat cheese
-
1 tbsp Paprika
DIRECTIONS

Tzatziki sauce:

Mix yogurt, dill, salt, pepper and garlic powder together. Let sit while you do your prep w/ veggies so the flavours have time to soak into the yogurt.

Heat frying pan with extra virgin olive oil.

Cut all veggies into long slices.

Make sure broccoli is smaller than bite-size.

When pan is hot enough throw in all of your veggies except the spinach.

Cook veggies with paprika, salt and pepper until a bit browned.

Spread goat cheese on to your wraps

Add tzatziki to taste
