12 oz Ground Turkey

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

2 cloves Garlic Clove

2 stalk scallion(s)

1 cup Raw Mushrooms

1/4 cup tamari sauce (gluten-free)

1 tbsp Sugar, Dark Brown

1 tbsp Chinese Rice Wine Vinegar

8 romaine lettuce leaves
DIRECTIONS

In a pan over medium heat cook the turkey in olive oil until cooked thoroughly.

Next, add the garlic, scallions, and mushrooms and cook until soft.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine tamari sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Pour into pan and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Combine mixture in romaine lettuce leaves.

TIPS: An asian dipping sauce can be used to drizzle on top - just watch sodium amount.
