Creamy goat cheese in a crunchy celery stalk, wrapped in turkey provides protein and fiber for a light lunch.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 oz goat cheese
  • 2 celery stalk(s)
  • 6 oz deli sliced turkey
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Spread goat cheese evenly among celery sticks.
2 Wrap turkey around celery.
3 Serve with carrot and pepper crudité on side.
