2 fruit Fresh Mango

1 fruit Papaya, Large

1 medium Red Bell Pepper, Raw

1 medium red onion

1 Jalapeno Pepper

9 sprigs Cilantro, Fresh

1 tsp ground cumin

3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 fruit Limes
-
1 tsp Kosher Salt
DIRECTIONS

Peel, pit and cube mango.

Peel, clean and cube papaya.

Finely dice jalapeno.

Combine the mango, papaya, red pepper, onion, jalapeno and cilantro. Season with cumin, olive oil, fresh lime juice and salt.
