INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Yogurt, Lowfat, Greek-Style, Plain

4 oz Cream Cheese (Original Block)

2 tbsp fresh chives

1 garlic clove

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

1 tbsp Hemp Seed Hearts

1 tbsp Poppy seeds
DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, cream cheese, chives, garlic, and salt until evenly combined. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Stir in the sesame, hemp, and poppy seeds and serve.
