Seriously, the easiest pancake in the world with a fraction of the carbohydrates and full of protein.
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 1

1 scoop Pure Protein Whey Powder
-
1 oz Drinking Water
DIRECTIONS

** You can use whatever protein powder you like for this recipe.

Add just enough water to the protein powder until it resembles a pancake batter like substance.

Add mixture to a non-stick skillet on medium heat, cooking 1-2 minutes on each side so as to not dry it out.

Plate and enjoy!
