Try this creamy and crunchy sweet potato puff recipe, a tasty and satisfying dessert with 6 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber per serving.
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup brown sugar

2/3 cup Pecans, Chopped

2 tbsp Melt butter

1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour

4 cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes

1/3 cup Sugar

1/3 cup Butter

2 Egg
-
1 large Egg White

1/2 cup Skim Milk

1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS

Beat sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, egg white, and vanilla extract until fluffy.

Transfer mixture to a greased, 3 quart baking dish.

Combine the topping ingredients including packed brown sugar, chopped pecans, melted butter and all purpose flour.

Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
