Slow cooker breakfasts are made for busy weekday mornings. This savory combination of sweet potatoes, chicken sausage and eggs is hearty and filling, and full of health-boosting nutrients.
INGREDIENTS

1 Sweet Potato (large)

8 Egg

1 lb Breakfast Chicken Sausage

1 large Yellow Onion

1/2 cup Shredded Cheese, Mild Cheddar
DIRECTIONS

Spray the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick vegetable oil spray.

Combine chopped sweet potato, eggs (whisked), breakfast sausage, sliced yellow onion, shredded cheese (optional).

Stir to combine. Cook on low for 8 hours.
