Skip all the work of roasting your own sweet potatoes with these ready-to-go roasted sweet potato wedges. Blend them with tart, protein-rich Greek yogurt, spicy chipotle and a touch of honey to create a decadent yet healthy dip. It’s delicious paired with whole-grain pita chips. Or, if you want to up the holiday theme, opt for Trader Joe’s pumpkin tortilla chips.
INGREDIENTS

6 oz Greek Yogurt

1 tbsp Honey

2 tsp Peppers, hot chili, red, canned, excluding seeds, solids and liquids

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

11 1/2 oz Trader Joes Sweet Potato Wedges

2 cups Trader Joes Pumpkin Tortilla Chips
DIRECTIONS

In a blender or food processor, combine sweet potato wedges, yogurt, honey, chipotle pepper and salt.

Blend on high until well combined and consistency is smooth.

Place dip in a bowl and surround with tortilla chips.
