Sweet Caramelized Cauliflower

For a sweeter taste, caramelize the cauliflower (roast on high until the edges are brown and crispy, about 45 minutes) and pair with caramelized onions if you’d like.



  • 2 Cauliflower (raw), Medium Head
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium Sweet Onions
  • 1 tsp Balsamic Vineger


1 Preheat oven to 500.
2 Chop cauliflower into florets.
3 Place cauliflower in a large dish and drizzle with half of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
4 Bake until they're browned and crispy for about 45 minutes.
5 Coarsely chop onion.
6 Next, heat remaining olive oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add onion and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper and cook until caramelized.
7 Once done, combine cauliflower and onions.
