If you like your dressing loaded with superfood ingredients, this recipe is a winner, thanks to the delightful combination of tahini, green tea, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and turmeric. Providing a lovely golden color, turmeric contains powerful, anti-inflammatory benefits. And as a bonus, this tangy, creamy dressing is vegan!
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup Tahini Sauce

1/3 cup Unsweetened Green Tea

3 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

2 tbsp Lemon Juice

2 clove garlic

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric
DIRECTIONS

Add the tahini, unsweetened green tea, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic cloves, sea salt and ground turmeric to a blender. Cover and puree them on high speed.

Use immediately or store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for three to four days.
