Supercharged Oatmeal Protein Pancake

Pancakes don't have to be an unhealthy splurge, this recipe is lower in fat and high in nutrition. You can use regular or gluten-free oats depending on your lifestyle diet preference.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 egg white(s)
  • 1/2 cup dry gluten-free oats
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine egg and egg white. Beat lightly.
2 Add oatmeal and cinnamon to eggs.
3 Using a cooking spray, pour in pancake like shape in non-stick pan, cook to doneness.
