This high protein pancake breakfast will keep you full until noon!
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup quick cooking oats

4 egg white(s)

3/4 scoop Protein Powder

1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

6 medium Strawberries
-
1 tsp Coconut oil
DIRECTIONS

Combine oats, egg whites, powder, milk and strawberries in a bowl.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add coconut oil.

Once hot, drop batter onto skillet. Once edges begin to form, flip pancake. Continue to heat until thoroughly cooked.

While pancakes are cooking, add sliced strawberries to another small sauce pan and cook until become soft, similar to a chunky sauce.

Top pancake with strawberry mixture.
