DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare crust on the parchment-lined baking sheet according to package directions

Spread crust with tomato sauce, then shredded cheese, then spinach, broccolini, and mushrooms.

Bake pizza until crust is baked through and golden, and cheese is melted.

Remove baking sheet with pizza from the oven. Crack 2 eggs into the center of the pizza, then return to oven and bake for additional 6-8 minutes, or until the egg whites have set. If you prefer egg yolks to be more cooked (they will still be fairly runny after 8 minutes), return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for a few minutes longer, or until the yolks are set.

Remove baking sheet from oven, garnish with any chopped fresh herbs and optional toppings like grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh basil, oregano, and parsley, crushed red pepper

Slice pizza (directly through egg yolks!), and serve immediately, straight from the baking sheet.
