This pasta dish packed with green veggies, broccoli and spinach will become a new favorite.
INGREDIENTS

1 cup dry whole-wheat pasta

1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

2 cups baby spinach

1/2 garlic clove

1 cup broccoli florets

1 dash salt and pepper

1 1/2 tbsp pine nuts
DIRECTIONS

Boil water in a saucepan; add pasta and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat nonstick pan with medium heat; saute spinach in oil with garlic, about 5 minutes.

Steam broccoli.

Toss pasta with spinach and broccoli.

Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Top with pine nuts and serve hot or cold.
