1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Turkey

3 medium raw carrots

1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes

1 medium red bell pepper

1/2 medium White Onion

1/3 cup Ketchup

1/4 cup Worcester Sauce

2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

1/2 tbsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tbsp Salt, Iodized

1/2 tbsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Chili Powder

1/2 cup chicken stock
DIRECTIONS

Prepare all ingredients: chop carrots; dice bell pepper and onion.

Combine all ingredients, except for the chicken stock, in a large freezer bag and freeze until you are ready to prepare a meal.

Defrost freezer bag overnight in the refrigerator or soak in warm water for 1 hour before adding to slow cooker.

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and add the chicken stock (or replace with water), and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours.
