12 oz Organic Chicken Breasts

2 Sausage Links, Chicken Sausage Bratwurst

1 medium green bell pepper

1/2 cup White Onion

2 cups Brown Rice

1 cup Tomatoes, Diced

1/4 cup Tomato Paste

1 tbsp Worcester Sauce

1/2 tbsp Spices, oregano, dried

1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tbsp Spices, pepper, black

1 tbsp Bay Leaf

4 cups chicken broth

Prepare all your raw ingredients: fillet the chicken breast, cut the sausage links into rounds, dice the green bell pepper and cube the white onion.

Add all ingredients to a ziplock bag, and mix together by shaking the bag.

Freeze ingredients until you are ready to cook the dish.

Defrost ingredients and place into slow cooker.
