This gluten-free Skillet Berry Cobbler is simple to make and delicious; think fresh, colorful berries nestled in a sweet golden crust. Use a quality non- stick skillet or fry pan for best results. Garnish with fresh berries and all natural whipped cream if desired.

3/4 cup Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour

1/4 cup Gluten Free Whole Grain Oat Flour

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

4 tbsp Butter

1/2 cup Almond Milk Unsweeten

3/4 cup agave nectar

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 cup Blueberries

1 1/2 cups Strawberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, the oat flour, sea salt and baking powder. Set aside.

Heat a good quality, non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Melt the butter in the pan. Once butter is melted, remove from the heat.

While butter melts, pour almond milk, agave nectar and vanilla extract over flour mixture and whisk until smooth.

Swirl the butter around in the skillet. Pour batter into the skillet. Whisk mixture gently right in the pan. Drop fruit on top of batter and bake in the oven for approximately 35 to 45 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

Garnish with all natural light whipped cream in the can and additional fresh berries if desired. Enjoy!
