Oregano dresses up simple eggs for a protein-rich breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 5 egg white(s)
  • 1 dash dried oregano

DIRECTIONS

1 Lightly beat egg and egg white.
2 Coat nonstick pan with cooking spray and scramble eggs over medium heat until fully cooked.
3 Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
