A protein-filled berry and flax seed smoothie
INGREDIENTS

1 cup Mixed Berries, Antioxidant Blend

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds

1 medium banana
DIRECTIONS

In a blender combine mixed berries, unsweetened almond milk, plain greek yogurt, ground flax seed and banana.

Blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Garnish with fresh berries.
