Breaded and fried, chicken Parmesan is a rich, high-fat dish. For an equally flavorful yet light alternative, coat a boneless, skinless chicken breast in sesame seeds.
INGREDIENTS

3 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast

1 large Egg White

1/4 cup sesame seeds

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 cup Cooked Whole Wheat Pasta

24 spears Roasted Asparagus
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat chicken breasts with sesame seeds and saute in oil on medium heat until brown on each side.

Place chicken in a pan and place in oven until cooked all the way through - about 20 minutes.

Once chicken cooked thoroughly, serve with pasta and asparagus.
