This flavorful flat-belly drink tastes like a fresh tomato-basil gazpacho. Low in calories and packed with flavor, tomatoes provide potassium to help combat belly bloat. And because they’re rich in fiber, carrots help improve digestive health.
INGREDIENTS

1 medium Roma Tomato, Raw

1 medium raw carrots

1/2 cup Low Sodium Tomato Juice

2 tbsp Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Basil Leaves

1 clove garlic
-
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

4 Ice Cube
DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine the tomato, carrot, tomato and lemon juices, basil leaves, garlic, olive oil, pepper, and ice and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and garnish with a basil leaf, if desired, and serve.
