This cauliflower dish looks and tastes amazing, but is incredibly easy to make. Simply sprinkle with rosemary, sea salt and garlic powder, and then pop it into the oven to bake.
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 4
-
1 head medium Cauliflower, raw
-
3 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
-
2 tsp Rosemary, fresh
-
3/4 tsp Sea Salt
-
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS
1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2
Cut off excess cauliflower stem so the head can stand upright. Cut off outer leaves.
3
Place cauliflower head onto a cast-iron skillet or baking pan. Brush with 1 tablespoon of the oil and sprinkle (or rub) with rosemary, salt, and garlic powder. Cover well with foil.
4
Roast for 45 minutes.
5
Remove foil, brush with remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, and roast uncovered until cooked through and well caramelized, about 45 minutes more.
6
Serve like it’s an edible centerpiece of the table!
