This roasted chicken salad with almonds and cherries makes for a satisfying meal in under 30 minutes. Containing chicken breast, it is a flavorful protein-filled meal. 2 cups Chicken Breast

1/2 cup Almonds

1/3 cup Celery

1/4 cup dried cherries

6 oz Plain Lowfat Yogurt

2 tbsp Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

2 tsp Organic Dijon Mustard, Gluten free

1/4 tsp Poultry Seasoning

1 dash salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS

Place chicken in a medium-sized bowl.

Add almonds, celery and dried cherries.

In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, poultry seasoning and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add to chicken mixture and toss gently.
