Rainbow Superfood Grilled Cheese

What's better than grilled cheese? A grilled cheese sandwich transformed into a beautiful rainbow of colors using superfoods like turmeric, Blue Majik, vegetable powder and dragonfruit. This one's as magical looking as it is delicious.



  • 2 slice whole-wheat bread
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (low moisture)
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/8 scoop Vegetable Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Blue Majik
  • 1/2 tsp Dragon Fruit


1 Combine mozzarella and Swiss cheese in a small mixing bowl.
2 Divide cheese into four smaller mixing bowls.
3 Put each powdered superfood into its own small mixing bowl. Add water and stir.
4 Pour each superfood-infused water into a bowl of cheese and toss to mix well.
5 Top one slice of bread with four colored strips of cheese then sandwich with another slice of bread.
6 Heat frying pan over medium heat.
7 Dissolve coconut oil in frying pan.
8 Fry sandwich for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
9 Remove from heat, slice in half and 'gram.
