This tasty pumpkin protein smoothie comes in at 18 g of protein – a significant serving filled with muscle-friendly nutrients. 1 cup Cashew Milk

1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree Organic

1/2 medium banana

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp Turmeric

1/4 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)

1/8 tsp Kosher Salt

Add protein powder, cashew milk, pumpkin puree, banana, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, kosher salt, and black pepper to a blender.
