4 oz Soft Goat Cheese

1/3 cup part-skim ricotta cheese

1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1/3 cup Shelled Pistachios
DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, stir together with a fork the goat cheese, ricotta cheese, vinegar, and pepper until well combined. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Form the cheese mixture with clean hands into a round or football-shaped ball, firmly roll in the pistachios until fully coated, and serve.
