Pistachios have a butter taste making this spread a guilty pleasure without the guilt.
INGREDIENTS

2 cups Pistachio - No Shell

1/2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 pinch Salt
DIRECTIONS

Place pistachios in blender or food processor until desired consistency is reached.

Add very small amounts of olive oil, 1⁄2 teaspoon at a time, for a creamier texture (note: this will add more healthy fats, but also additional calories)

Add salt to taste, a pinch at a time (note: this will add sodium to a naturally sodium-free food)

Storage: Store covered in air-tight container in refrigerator for 1-2 months.
