"Forget the campfire, these Peanut Butter S'mores Bars are a decadent, yet wholesome treat that is perfectly portable for summer picnics. Whole wheat flour and oats are used to replace less nutrient dense white flour and Greek yogurt keeps the bars moist and adds a boost of protein. The peanut butter gives the bars staying power through both protein and healthy fats." -- Jenny Shea Rawn
