This breakfast staple is full of protein and fiber. You can try adding dried fruit of your choice and adding in flax seeds or chia seeds.
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup Oatmeal-Rolled Oats

2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp raisins
-
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

2 egg white(s)
DIRECTIONS

In a sauce pan, over low heat, combine oats, milk, water and raisins and cook for 5-7 minutes. Continue to stir mixture.

Once oats are softened, add in egg whites and cooke for another 3-5 minutes on low heat. Cook until fluffy and well combined.

Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in peanut butter.
