Peanut butter and jelly are the perfect duos for any dessert. Use natural peanut butter to control the amount of added sugar in this delicious dessert hummus.
INGREDIENTS

15 oz Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned, drained, rinsed in tap water

1/4 cup Peanut Butter, Natural, Creamy

1 tbsp Honey

4 tbsp 2% reduced-fat milk

2 tbsp Strawberry Jam
DIRECTIONS

Drain and rinse chickpeas. Remove skins by gently squeezing and separating skin from bean.

Add chickpeas, peanut butter and honey to food processor and blend until smooth.

While food processor is on, add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.

Swirl in strawberry jam.

Serve with apple slices.
