Adding peanut butter to this breakfast staple gives it staying power with the added healthy fats and protein.
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup dry gluten-free oats

2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp raisins
-
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

2 egg white(s)
DIRECTIONS

In a saucepan, over low heat, combine oats, milk, raisins, and 2/3 cups water. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously.

Once oats are softened, add in egg whites and cook for another 3-5 minutes on low heat. Cook until fluffy and well combined.

Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in peanut butter.
