A nutrient-dense smoothie, this drink offers a punch of antioxidants, protein, vitamin C and healthy fats.
INGREDIENTS

1 peach

1/8 medium avocado

1/3 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries

3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt

3 tbsp 100% pomegranate juice

1 tsp grapeseed oil

1 tsp pure vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS

Place the peach, avocado, strawberries, yogurt, juice, oil, and vanilla extract in a blender.

Puree about 15 seconds, or until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and serve.
