A nutrient-dense smoothie, this drink offers a punch of antioxidants, protein, vitamin C and healthy fats.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 peach
  • 1/8 medium avocado
  • 1/3 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp 100% pomegranate juice
  • 1 tsp grapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

1 Place the peach, avocado, strawberries, yogurt, juice, oil, and vanilla extract in a blender.
2 Puree about 15 seconds, or until smooth.
3 Pour into a tall glass and serve.
