This tropical mint smoothie tastes so refreshing that you’ll imagine you’ve been transported to a remote island paradise. Packed with vitamin C, papaya contains an enzyme called papain, which helps you break down difficult-to-digest foods, preventing inflammation and belly bloat.
INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 cups Fresh Papaya, Edible Portion

1/4 cup Greek Nonfat Yogurt, Plain

1/4 cup Nonfat Milk

9 leaves Peppermint, fresh

1 tbsp Honey

1 tbsp Lime Juice

4 Ice Cube
-
1/2 tsp Chia Seed
DIRECTIONS

Deseed and chop the papaya.

In a blender, combine the chopped papaya, Greek yogurt, milk, peppermint, honey, lime juice, and ice and blend until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the chia seeds, and pour into a glass. Top with a fresh mint leaf and serve.
