Papaya, Yogurt and Peppermint Smoothie

This tropical mint smoothie tastes so refreshing that you’ll imagine you’ve been transported to a remote island paradise. Packed with vitamin C, papaya contains an enzyme called papain, which helps you break down difficult-to-digest foods, preventing inflammation and belly bloat.



  • 1 1/4 cups Fresh Papaya, Edible Portion
  • 1/4 cup Greek Nonfat Yogurt, Plain
  • 1/4 cup Nonfat Milk
  • 9 leaves Peppermint, fresh
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 4 Ice Cube
  • 1/2 tsp Chia Seed


1 Deseed and chop the papaya.
2 In a blender, combine the chopped papaya, Greek yogurt, milk, peppermint, honey, lime juice, and ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
3 Stir in the chia seeds, and pour into a glass. Top with a fresh mint leaf and serve.
