The penne-cauliflower-white bean combination is hard to beat and incredibly easy to make in under 15 minutes in just one pot.
INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Brown Rice Penne

3 cups Cauliflower Florets

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup White Beans

3 tbsp fresh chives

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 pinch sea salt

1 pinch Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS

Cook the pasta to package directions. Toss in the cauliflower 3 minutes before draining. Drain and rinse penne when it’s done cooking.

Return the penne and cauliflower to the pot. Drizzle on the olive oil and stir to coat evenly. Add in the beans, chives, garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
