Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl; flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa, salt, semi-sweet chocolate morsels, and white chocolate morsels.

Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl; eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Add wet ingredients in the dry ingredient bowl, mix well. Pour batch into a 13x9 baking pan.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Use a toothpick to poke the center to see if toothpick comes out clean, not wet, but has few crumbs clinging onto the toothpick, which makes the brownies chewy.
