INGREDIENTS

6 cups basic freshly popped pocorn

1 sec Cooking Spray, Olive Oil

1 1/2 tsp Honey

1 1/2 tbsp Lime Zest

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp Ground Ancho Chile

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/4 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles

3 tbsp fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS

Immediately spritz freshly popped popcorn with cooking spray. Drizzle with the honey and toss to combine. Add the lime zest, salt, chili powder, and cumin and toss to evenly combine.

Replace over medium heat and cook while stirring to crisp the popcorn, about 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with the feta and cilantro and serve while warm. (Note: Feta cheese can be replaced by cotija cheese.)

Hint: Use air-popped popcorn if prefer a lower calorie option.
