Mexican layer dip is a standard fixture on party tables across America.
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup Vegetarian refried beans

1/3 cup Original Guacamole

1/3 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt

1/4 tsp chili powder
-
1/3 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

6 Grape Tomatoes

1 tsp 100% Lime Juice

2 tbsp fresh cilantro
-
1 oz Tortilla Chips, Baked, Yellow Corn
DIRECTIONS

On a dinner plate, spread in layers the beans, then the guacamole, forming a 5-inch diameter round stack.

In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt and chili powder; spread on top of the guacamole layer.

Sprinkle with the cheese.

In a small bowl, stir together the tomatoes and lime juice; sprinkle on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle with the cilantro. (TIP: You can use fresh ramps or scallions instead of cilantro if you prefer.)

Serve with the tortilla chips.
