This breakfast protein bowl is the perfect way to kick your day off right. Yogurt is packed with calcium, which your body needs to keep you bones and teeth healthy. It also contains protein and probiotics, which promote gut health. What's more, the oats in this recipe are incredibly nutrient dense, provide antioxidants and are a great source of fiber.



  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 4 tbsp Nonfat Yogurt, Plain
  • 1 tbsp Almonds (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Organic Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Organic Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice


1 Boil (and slightly salt) 1/2 cup of oats and add them to a bowl, along with 4 tablespoons of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of blueberries and 2 tablespoons of raspberries.
2 Scatter 1 tablespoon of chopped almonds on top, and sprinkle the juice from 1 lemon over everything.
