Our version uses dairy-free cream cheese as well as turmeric (an anti-inflammatory), pitaya (an immunity booster), Blue Majik (helps to increase energy) and spirullina (high in protein and a good source of antioxidants). Get creative and top your colorful toast with vegan sprinkles, fruit or radish cutouts and gold leaf.

2 slice whole-wheat bread

1 1/8 cups Dairy Free Cream Cheese Alternative

1/2 tsp Blue Majik

1/2 tsp Organic Spirulina Powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric

1/2 tsp Pitaya
DIRECTIONS

Toast the slices of bread and spread a tablespoon of almond-milk or cashew-milk cream cheese on each slice.

Divide the remaining dairy-free cream cheese into four bowls.

Mix 1/2 teaspoon of the powdered superfoods (spirulina, Blue Majik, turmeric and grated pitaya)* into each bowl, adding more until you achieve a desired color.

Swirl the colored cream cheeses onto your toast with a butter knife or offset spatula.

Top with vegan sprinkles, gold leaf, watermelon radish cutouts or whatever your heart desires.
