INGREDIENTS

1 cup Oats, Rolled

1/2 cup Almond Butter Creamy

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
-
1/2 cup Chopped Almonds
-
1/2 cup raisins
-
1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and toast oats for a few minutes. Watch carefully as they burn easily.

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Scoop cookie dough by TBSP (can use a melon ball scooper) onto parchment or Silpat lined cookie sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes, and then I just pick them up and form into balls before placing on cooling rack.
