The balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat in this sweet treat will stabilize your blood sugar and help you to naturally burn fat and boost your metabolism. Enjoy this parfait for breakfast, dessert or any time you need a sweet fix.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1/2 tbsp Chia Seed
  • 1/3 cup Mango Chunks
  • 1/3 cup Strawberries

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine low fat plain Greek yogurt, pure vanilla extract, agave nectar and chia seeds in a small bowl. Layer the yogurt mixture with chopped mango and strawberries in a jar or bowl and serve. Enjoy!
