Blend pear, ginger, celery, avocado and spinach in this pear-ginger smoothie recipe for a filling green juice with 6 grams of protein and 14 grams of fiber.
INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups water

1 pear

1 oz Fresh Ginger Root

1 medium stalks Celery

1/4 medium avocado

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 cup Spinach
DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

Add more water if you want it thinner. If you are new to smoothies and need a tad more sweetness, add a 4-5″ piece of banana.
