8 oz Chicken breast, boneless and skinless, meat only raw, USDA

1/4 lemon

1 tsp capers

2 fresh parsley sprig

Using cooking spray, cook chicken in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook until browned on the outside and cooked throughout, 8 to 10 minutes per side.

Add the lemon juice and capers to the pan, swirl around to heat, and pour over the chicken.
