5 cups Kale, Raw

2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 dash sea salt

1 dash ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.

Remove and discard the thick stems.

Toss the kale pieces in extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and pepper – you can add garlic too.

Spread the kale out on a baking sheet (non-insulated) and bake for 12-17 minutes or until crispy but not burnt.
