These sweet potato fries make an easy low-sugar snack that is so yummy you may forget that they are healthy!
INGREDIENTS

2 Large Sweet Potato

1 tbsp Cinnamon Ground

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbsp Tahini

1 cloves Garlic Clove

1 tsp Raw Lemon Juice

1 tsp Paprika
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 392 degrees. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into French fry style sticks.

Place in pan and drizzle with olive oil

Sprinkle on the cinnamon & a pinch of salt. Toss to coat evenly.

Bake for 35 minutes. Turn them over at half way. (NOTE: all ovens are different, so keep an eye out? they should be golden color when ready.
